Dawit Birhanu, 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st ABCT; Cpl. Joshua Oxentenko, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st ABCT; Sgt. Matthew Barry, 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st ABCT; and Sgt. Jake Merkt, 115th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st ABCT.
