NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (April 10, 2015) – Damage Controlman 3rd Class Ashley Perez, of Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, scans Eybelle Nevins’ passport during a non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) drill at the base’s Ranger Gym, Apr. 10. The purpose of the drill was to exercise the safe evacuation of civilians and embassy officials in the event an emergency in a foreign country.
