NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (April 10, 2015) – Operations Specialist 1st Class Andrea Vollmuth, of Naval Air Facility(NAF) Atusgi, communicates using sign language with a volunteer during a non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) drill at the base’s Ranger Gym, Apr. 10. The purpose of the drill was to exercise the safe evacuation of civilians and embassy officials in the event an emergency in a foreign country.
