A Clean Harbors contractor, Coast Guard Lt. Hillary Allegretti and Chief Petty Officer Trevor Hughes discuss plans Wednesday, April 8, 2015, to continue recovering oil that was spilled into Lake Erie at Forest City Yacht Club in Cleveland. Clean Harbors contractors have been working under the direction of a unified command consisting of the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, City of Cleveland Public Utilities and Cleveland Public Power, which took responsibility for the spill, to contain and recover the oil since the spill was reported Friday, April 3, 2015.
