    A Clean Harbors contractor, Coast Guard Lt. Hillary Allegretti and Chief Petty Officer Trevor Hughes discuss plans Wednesday, April 8, 2015, to continue recovering oil that was spilled into Lake Erie at Forest City Yacht Club in Cleveland.
