Remaining oil that was spilled at Forest City Yacht Club in Cleveland is visible as a rainbow sheen on the surface of the water Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Clean Harbors contractors have been working under the direction of a unified command consisting of the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, City of Cleveland Public Utilities and Cleveland Public Power, which took responsibility for the spill, to contain and recover the oil since the spill was reported Friday, April 3, 2015.
