    Fort Hunter Liggett Public Affairs Office

    On March 27, 2015, Fort Hunter Liggett held a ceremony to mark the transfer of 2.5 acres of land under and around the historic Tidball Store from the U.S. Army to the County of Monterey. Fort Hunter Liggett commander, Lt. Col. Michael B. Bailey addresses participants of the historical significance of the store, and thanked all the agencies and the San Antonio Valley Historical Association for their dedication in seeing the project through.
