DILI, Timor Leste (March 23, 2015) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Samuel Berggren and Construction Electrician 3rd Class Kallolobe Silman, both Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, lay concrete masonry unit blocks on their recently placed pad. The block will be built for a generator housing unit for the Hiam Health Clinic in Dili. Hiam Health Clinic saves the lives of 36 children a month on average.
