DILI, Timor Leste (March 21, 2015) Construction Electrician 3rd Class Kallolobe Silman, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 applies the second coat of paint to partition walls for the Timor National Hospital. The Seabees and Australian Defense Forces are constructing the walls to be installed at the National Hospital in the the Timor Leste national capital, Dilie. The partitions will provide privacy for families awaiting the treatment of their loved ones, and benches will allow them to have a place wait.
