Motorcycle helmets rest on a shelf during the Installation Riding Club Pacific’s monthly safety training March 20 at bulding 908 on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Anyone who operates a motorcycle is encouraged to take proper precautions by wearing a helmet, among other safety equipment, to ensure their ride is safe and enjoyable. The Installation Riding Club Pacific is a mandatory program service members must be enrolled in to own and operate motorcycles in Okinawa, Japan.
