150325-N-LM312-092 EAST CHINA SEA (March 25, 2015) - An AV-8B Harrier jet, assigned to Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 231, lands on the flight deck of the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, along with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is currently underway in the 7th Fleet Area of Operations.
