Joint Base Andrews Honor Guard members met with Boy Scouts from Troop 167 to train them on proper flag detail procedures March 19, 2015, on Joint Base Andrews, Md. While in the detail, scouts wore heritage uniforms provided by one of their scoutmasters, retired U.S. Air Force Maj. Walter Lee.
