A member of the Afghan Army Air Corps prepares to launch a MI-35 attack helicopter on a gunnery training mission here May 27. This mission was the first time rockets have been flown by the Afghan Air Corps in more than ten years and will eventually allow the Afghans to provide their own close air support.
