First Lt. Greggory B. Starr, operations officer in the S-3 Air section of the 173rd Airborne Brigade, engages in a discussion about how to best utilize the Heavy Airlift Wing, a multinational group of planes and pilots between certain European countries and the U.S., as part of the brigade’s ‘Air University.’ Air University was a two-day training event at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany that focused on best practices for airborne operations in Europe. The training was held by the 173rd Airborne, the Army Contingency Response Force in Europe, Africa, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
