Maj. Alan Yee, operations branch chief for Air Combat Command speaks with Lt. Col. Kimberly Fitzgerald, 178th director of inspections, at Springfield Air National Guard Base, Feb. 7, 2015. The 178th and their geographically separated units partook in a Unit Effectiveness Inspection which lasted four years and culminated in an end of inspection capstone Feb. 5-11.
