The 145th Airlift Wing group commanders lead a salute to the American flag and national anthem sung by Tech. Sgt. Mark Riddle, 145th Maintenance Squadron, during a change of authority ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Feb. 8, 2015.
