Bret Bruen, a public diplomacy officer from the U.S. State Department and member of the Salah ad Din provincial reconstruction team, sets up books for the new Learning Abroad Center located within the Central Library of Tikrit University in Tikrit, Iraq, on on June 22. The new Learning Abroad Center will afford university students opportunities to learn about colleges located worldwide through resources such as books, pamphlets and computers donated by the PRT.
