Louisiana Army National Guardsmen from the 199th Brigade Support Battalion in Alexandria, La., connect hoses at a City of Shreveport water terminal, to transport it to Mooringsport, La., June 19, during a water shortage caused by a malfunctioning water plant. The Soldiers were conducting annual training to prepare for their anticipated deployment with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, when the unit received the tasking from the Joint Operations Center on Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La.
