Three 5,000-gallon water tankers receive water from the City of Shreveport water terminal to be transported to Mooringsport, La., June 19, during a water shortage caused by a malfunctioning water plant. Louisiana National Guardsmen from the 199th Brigade Support Battalion in Alexandria, La., were conducting annual training to prepare an anticipated deployment with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, when the unit received the tasking from the Joint Operations Center on Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La.
