U.S. Army Col. David Foley passes the 3-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Donald Wilson, the new 3-2 SBCT command sergeant major, during the brigade change of command and transfer of responsibility ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., March 13. Foley takes over at a critical time for the brigade as the unit prepares for training at both Yakima Training Center, Wash., and the National Training Center, Calif., in the months to come.
