A group of personnel dressed in red long-sleeve shirts are raising a United States flag on what appears to be the deck of a naval vessel at sea. The flag is being hoisted upward on a halyard attached to a mast or flagpole. The scene takes place outdoors with an overcast sky and open water visible in the background.

The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is underway for a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the ongoing rotation of forward-deployed forces to support maritime security operations and operate in international waters across the globe.
