Marines from U.S. Marine Forces Command and II Marine Expeditionary Force along with sailors man the rails on the flight deck aboard the USS Arlington (LPD-24) as the ship prepares to port in a South Boston harbor, March 13. The Marines formed a Special Purpse Marine Air-Ground Task Force, or SP-MAGTF, to march in South Boston's St. Patrick's Day parade.
