Jamie Holt, Power Project superintendent at Barkley Power Plant in Kuttawa, Ky., had to shovel snow at his home in Mayfield, Ky., to make it to work March 5, 2015. About 15 inches of snow fell in the area, but U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District employees still made it to the project to help produce hydropower and keep the navigation lock operating.
