150311-N-RU971-189 EAST CHINA SEA (March 11, 2015) – The Whidbey-island class amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48), the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) and the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) participate in a replenishment-at-sea with fleet replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO 197). Bonhomme Richard, Ashland, and Green Bay are part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, along with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), are currently conducting an Amphibious Integration Training (AIT) exercise.
