Cpl. Alexander S. Romero works on a generator to provide communication and other equipment with power March 5 during Dragon Fire Exercise 15-2 at Pohakuloa Training Area. Communication is an essential piece of the forward command to be able to operate continuously as the main command element prepares to advance.
