Romero rolls up camouflage netting that covers up the forward element’s combat operation center before moving to a new location March 5 during Dragon Fire Exercise 15-2 at Pohakuloa Training Area. The forward element moves to a new location to establish communication before the main element moves in order to execute continuous command and control on the battlefield.
