Sgt. Randy J. Louissaint tightens a strap to hold camouflage netting, from the forward command element, onto a Humvee in order to prepare to move to the next command area March 5 during Dragon Fire Exercise 15-2 at Pohakuloa Training Area, Kona, Hawaii. The forward command element provides an artillery unit with the capability to be operational 24/7, and also provides the ability for the main command element to maneuver across the battlefield.
