A U.S. Army soldier in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage is walking across an open field carrying equipment after what appears to be a parachute jump or airborne operation. The soldier is carrying a large olive-drab kit bag over one shoulder and bundled white parachute material in their arms. The setting is a dry, open drop zone with bare trees visible on a ridge in the background.

Previous parachute jumps by Army airborne units in Kosovo have either been conducted on or near Camp Bondsteel, which is in the southern half of Kosovo south of Pristina. Paratroopers jumped out of UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters with T-11 parachutes on their backs.
