Army Maj. Gen. Les Carroll, commanding general, 377th Theater Sustainment Command, emphasizes the value of operating their equipment in field conditions to Army Reserve soldiers assigned to the 641st Regional Support Group Jan. 23, 2015, at the Air Force's Malabar Transmitter Annex in Malabar, Fla. Carroll and Army Brig. Gen. Francisco A. Espaillat, commanding general, 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), visited the site to see how approximately 950 Soldiers conducted various training events and competitions that tested their readiness and capabilities during Operation Responsive Sentinel, a multi-echelon training exercise organized by the 641st RSG.
