Cdr. Mark Light and Ensign Jermaine Jemmott talk with Bahraini military officials during a reception aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower during her historic port visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Eisenhower is the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier to dock at the newly-completed Khalifa bin Salman Port. The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is underway for a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the ongoing rotation of forward-deployed forces to support Operation Enduring Freedom maritime security operations and operate in international waters across the globe.
