The 13th ESC Command Sgt. Maj. Terry Burton was the guest speaker. “There are three ways to improve the SHARP Program within the Army. Institutional training which consists of our Soldiers attending this type of training and accepting the responsibility to be the guardians of this high priority tenet. Operational training can be conducted via sergeant’s time training where the first level noncommissioned officer can maximize the effectiveness of his or her influence” said Burton.
