First Sgt. Antwone Jones, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, invites Soldiers and their family members to take a seat for the beginning of the "Phoenix" Bn.'s Welcome Home Ball, a special spring formal held May 15 at the Bell County Expose Center in Belton, Texas, to celebrate the successful completion of the 1st STB's yearlong deployment to Forward Operating Base Falcon, located in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. Jones, who hails from Junction City, Kan., served as the Master of Ceremonies for the event inviting Soldiers, their significant others and distinguished guests to join in toasts for the occasion.
