A U.S. military helicopter, marked with the number '15' and a star insignia, is shown in flight with a soldier in desert camouflage uniform rappelling or fast-roping from the open cabin door. The helicopter appears to be a Navy/Marine Corps variant (likely an SH-60 Seahawk or similar) with 'DANGER JET INTAKE' and 'RESCUE' markings visible on the fuselage. A mounted weapon (likely an M60 or M240 machine gun) is visible in the cabin doorway.

Soldiers from Iraq's 9th Battalion, Iraqi special operations forces fast-rope onto the roof of a building, April 22. The soldiers trained into the night improving their ability to quickly exit helicopters both by rope, and on foot. Knowing that the ability to rapidly get out of the helicopter may be the difference between the capture of a suspected terrorist or his escape, the soldiers sprinted from station to station while training to get in as many runs as they could.
