    1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division

    Phoenix, Ariz. native, Cpl. Randon Berg, team leader for Company A, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, relays the route for the patrol to an Iraqi army soldier in Hamandiyah, May 14. All of the patrols conducted by the "Warriors" are joint with their 3rd Battalion, 144th Brigade, 11th Iraqi Army Division counterparts to ensure maximum security in the area and to better facilitate their partners success.
