A Marine inspects an F/A-18C Hornet from Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323, Jan. 7 here. Lava Viper 15.1-2 is a biannual exercise that enhances the joint operational skills of the different U.S. forces. The F-18s will be providing close air support during future simulated raids.
