Military personnel in mixed uniforms — some in woodland camouflage, others in US Army ACU pattern — are conducting a field medical training exercise in a snowy, outdoor environment. A simulated casualty (mannequin or training dummy) is on the ground while soldiers practice trauma care procedures. The setting appears to be a joint or multinational training exercise given the different uniform types present.
