    28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

    The 28th Combat Aviation Brigade flag is raised during a tranfer of authority ceremony at Camp Adder, Iraq, May 12. The Pennsylvania National Guard's 28th CAB has taken over aviation operations in Multi-National Division - South from the North Carolina-based 449th Theater Aviation Brigade.
