Army 2nd Lt. Charles "CJ" Jacoby, III, and son of Gen. Chuck Jacoby, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command commander, speaks with a child from Indiana who called in to the NORAD Tracks Santa phone lines Dec. 24 looking to see where exactly Santa was and when he was going to be at his house. Lt. Jacoby also joined his father in conducting television interviews highlighting the NORAD Tracks Santa program at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The junior Jacoby was in Colorado Springs visiting the family during a break in an infantry leadership course in Georgia where he is stationed and volunteered to be one of the 1,200 volunteers tracking Santa.
