Third-time tracker Matt Langer, 22, shows an email from a young boy who wrote in to say Merry Christmas and thank members for their service. Langer, sitting next to his mother Carolee during her fourth year tracking, worked a two-hour shift in the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center on peterson Air Force Base, Colo., answering email messages from parents and children around the world.
