Lt. Col. Tim Duffy, 4th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron flight doctor, administers acupuncture, April 15. By providing both acupuncture and standard anesthetic medication, Air Force doctors have found it possible to achieve a state of pain relief for some patients. A native of Boise, Idaho, Duffy is deployed here from Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
