Soldiers of the 3rd Human Resources Sustainment Center based out of Jackson, Miss., held a transfer of authority ceremony with the 14th HRSC based out of Fort Bragg, N.C., Nov. 29, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The ceremony marked the end of the 3rd HRSC's nine month deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The acting director of the 3rd HRSC, Lt. Col. Daphne Dixon-Reed thanked the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) for their support and also thanked the Soldiers of the 3rd HRSC for their service and accomplishments. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
