U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Robert Grande places VS-17 panels used to mark landing and drop zones on a dry lake bed in Grand Bara, Djibouti, April 23. Grande placed the panels on the dry lake bed so that a C-130P aircraft, from the 81st Rescue Squadron could land during a search and rescue exercise.
