A large four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft, consistent with a C-130 Hercules, is operating on an unpaved desert airstrip. The aircraft appears to be either landing or taking off, generating significant dust clouds from its propeller wash and landing gear contact with the dry, sandy surface. Landing lights are illuminated on the wings.
