Service members line up for free food at the United Service Organization’s building during the Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 27 at Camp Hansen. The homemade food provided by the USO was served to service members who are thousands of miles away from home. “Coming down here reminds me of home with all the good food and eating with friends,” said Cpl. Nicolas Larson. “(My family) usually has a large gathering, and eating food like this brings back good memories of being back at home.” Larson, from Everett, Washington, is a data network specialist with 12th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
