    PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov 11, 2014) -- A HC-130H Hercules, piloted by the U.S. Coast Guard, overflies the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) after air-dropping parts at sea. Vandegrift, on her last scheduled deployment prior to a planned decommission in March 2015, is currently on patrol within the 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
