Electronics Technician 3rd Class Xingmao Shen, from Santa Rosa, Calif., heaves a mooring line on the Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) as the ship moors at Duq’m, Oman for a routine port visit.
