Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Joshua Buchholz, of Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ONE (NCHB 1), guides slings during an offload of the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) in support of Pacific Horizon 2015, an exercise held off the coast of Camp Pendleton, Calif., in which the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force and Naval Beach Group One practiced loading and offloading cargo.
