Soldiers from the 61st Multi-functional Medical Battalion, 1st Medical Brigade, stationed out of Fort Hood, Texas stand beside their replacements from the 56th Medical Battalion out of Fort Lewis, Wash., stand in formation beside at the Hand Over/ Turn Over ceremony at Camp Bondsteel, Oct. 22. The 56th Medical Battalion takes over the Kosovo Force 19 mission where they will be providing health service support to Soldiers of Multinational Battle Group-East and other NATO forces.
