Petty Officer 1st Class Eric Riggenbach, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, climbs aboard a Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority rescue boat after completing a dive into Africa's Lake Victoria. The dive was part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa mission to search for and possibly recover wreckage from an Ilyushin 76 cargo plane that crashed into the lake on March 9.
