Naval Aviator Cmdr. Tamara Graham, director, Diversity and Inclusion, Navy Air Forces, moderates one of two breakout session hosted by the Navy during Latina Day of the 2014 Hispanic Engineering, Science and Technology Week (HESTEC) held on the campus of the University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA), Oct. 8. HESTEC Week is an educational conference that features events geared towards promoting science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education to people of all ages and backgrounds.
