Adm. Harry Harris Jr., commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, gives a presentation about the United States’ rebalance to the Pacific to more than 50 Canadian officers at the Naval Officer’s Training Center. Following the presentation, Harris met with Judith Guichon, lieutenant governor of British Columbia and served as a keynote speaker for the biennial Maritime Security Challenges symposium.
